Warranty Policy

At Eau Claire Computer Service and Repair (ECCSR), we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to providing reliable, professional service. Below is our warranty policy regarding repairs and services.
Hardware Warranty
All hardware components purchased through ECCSR are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies in length depending on the manufacturer and specific product. If a hardware issue arises, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. We are happy to assist with warranty-related troubleshooting and manufacturer communication as a separate service.
Labor Warranty
We guarantee our labor for 30 days from the date of service. If the same issue reoccurs within this period due to our workmanship, we will diagnose and resolve it at no additional labor charge.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
❌ Issues caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or external factors (power surges, viruses, malware, etc.).
❌ New or unrelated issues that arise after the original service.
❌ Software issues, unless directly related to our service.
❌ Manufacturer defects beyond our control.
